I don't think a 10' tall fence would do much more than 6'. The berm did a lot before the fence was installed at least for road and car engine noise. Also planted a lot of bushes outside the fence, not a hedge, just difference bushes like rhodies, azaleas, lilacs and such. Anything to absorb noise....James
Ideas for reducing highway noise?
