South Texas
I think my favorite gas grill right now is a Weber Genesis. Not liking the Bull or the Blaze, both flare way too easy. Fire Magic is good too, cast stainless steel burners and hasn’t had trouble with flare ups. Holland is good for somebody that overcooks every thing, it is slow so it helps with that and will not flare up ever, load it up with chicken quarters.

But the Pit Boss pellet grill is great. Heats up quick, and I can get mesquite pellets for proper flavor. Can burn a 5 minute steak, or smoke a brisket.

Oh and an Ultra Sear infared grill. Cooks really hot and is easily portable. 3 minute steaks.

Of course if you have time, you can’t beat a mesquite wood fire in a barrel, shovel coals into on old tractor rim and drop an expanded metal on top.
