Could have locked 3.8 for 20 years at Fcs on the 10th . Unless you were in the loop , no one knew , when I heard three days later , we were at 4.85 , which is higher than refinancing in 08 during the last crisis. Checked a week ago 4.6 on a 20 year fixed, will wait for something in the 3 s . My mom renewed a cd last week at .75 . Just glad she did act on my advise to invest in the Dow at the first of the year !
