Yes, I agree that most liquid "AMS replacement" products are overpriced junk but that's not what he's using.
He's paying $.37/lb for AMS that is premixed with water and using it at the proper rate.
Yes, dry is cheaper but it sounds like he values convenience/time over saving 15-20 cents/acre. Can't say I blame him, there's bigger fish to fry.
