If your only going to lose $100 from the drift just take it to town and send the duster the bill. The guy is spraying w/ a plane remember it's not an exact science. What if your neighbor sent you a bill for all of the weed seeds that blew into his field? And those weeds that germinated cost him $$$ to spray. What about cross pollination from GMO corn don't you take the first 36 rows around the field to town anyway? We do due to cross pollination. I'm all for Organic but look at it from both sides. It's not like he smoked your whole crop and your out of everything. We've had an organic 80 get sprayed w/ round-up now there's something to get rattled about. I was out three years and a crop. If you get this worked up over $100 I'd hate to see something major happen!
