That's my gripe! Maybe things have changed but a lack of conventional SCN and SDS resistant varieties leave us with no choices here. I got so tired of complaining to companies and getting that "you dumbs*$t" look from them, why would you want to plant conventionals"? Maybe I better take another look, I doubt much has changed.
