Thunder Bay, Ontario, Great White North | What usually happens around here is something (planting, chopping silage, whatever) needs getting done and some rain is forecast that will screw things up. I'll run all night, get it done and then the weather will be beautiful all the next day and I'll be burnt out and dragging my butt. But at least it got done. We run when we can, sometimes the window to get stuff done in my climate can be very short - this year we spread a bunch of manure 24 hours with 2 shifts running the tank, worked good but the night guy was able to go home and sleep all day - that never works out too good for myself. |
