Well first thought is have a machine shop remove shaft from yoke and make a new shaft and weld back in . should be as good as new if position of keyway is correct. Or try a little brass on original shaft and grind and file fit. Or junkyard gearbox. Main thing is try and get it right the first time. Good luck . Lynn
