Hillsboro, AL | You are not going to like this reply. Your speed on dial up is more a function of your phone system. You can change to a different ISP, but you will probably find that you will call the same phone number. I have been on at least 3 different dial up ISP's over the years and all used the same local phone number. Email can be better on some than others, depending upon how busy their mail servers are. | |
