Ran into that on my wife’s side.
Nephew came to help stack hay bales. He coughed a little dust that evening and it was a major crisis, he couldn’t come help any more. And his mom grew up on a farm, but everyone in that house has some sort of reaction to something, foods have to be very processed to eat or they will set off something in one of the family.
