Northeast Louisiana | A local cattle rancher owned his own restaurant. Raised his own beef for the restaurant. Done extremely well. He was a very hard worker and each day he meets with customers at restaurant during lunch. He also tends to his cattle.
He got ready to retire and sold his restaurant business for a tidy sum. The people that bought it didn’t run it as well the cattle man did. It’s been going downhill last three years and it’s about to fold.
The restaurants that I know the owners that run it themselves are the most successful. Takes hard work and good management to make it successful. | |
