M&M where goes your water go? We have land on the big Sioux at Akron and it seems it has been flooded forever. I heard hwy 48 won’t be open till sept. Hope you dry up soon. Thanks
The picture with the farm and bins is a half mile from the Jim River. In the first picture the trees way off in the distance is the Jim. Our water all heads to yankton. This is not uncommon for us on heavy run off springs. Our flooding generally never goes down in time to farm any of the bottom. We had farmed that quarter behind the bins 4 years in a row now, not gonna happen this year. |
