The employees dont get to just ruin stuff when they want something. There is what they call a "shrink allowance". As with any business that has to transport pallets of stuff in and out of trucks and warehouses, there will always be that occasional accident. Once damage goes over the allowance, the company has to pay loss. The employees at that place have several incentive programs to reduce loss and eliminate safety issues.
