 Madison Co. Virginia | Agree with the others, that freezing is probably your only option. I've rewrapped blocks of mozzarella with saran wrap as tight as I could. It still molded after a month in the fridge.
If it was me, I'd cut it into serving size chunks(several ounces), wrap them individually, and freeze those. Thaw them one at a time for something to chew on. | |
