I think its bad that the fat cats at Pioneer
Cant do it them selves. I mean hire the people themselves and go through the mgt process .
Big companys are leaders too and they’re fat enough
And lazy to say Screw it we will contract as they puff on the big cigars
I remember a small seed company ini Illinois
During thist time of year almost all company employees were in fields along with a group of kids and start time was 700 am .
Big companies waste a lot of money
And spread the lost to the comsumer
