Yes, the Migrants can do it for less . . . . .  they do a darned good job and better then the kids (around here at least). It was difficult finding enough local help to get the job done. Migrants had no problem getting the job done, when it needed to be done. Maybe that guy should have cut his rates and Pioneer would still be using him ? Don't get me wrong, I'm all in favor of local kids working like this (builds great character, vigor and experience) Don't know the story or full story, but there is more to the story . . . . . . . . . .
