They get paid by the clean acre, if it takes 3 passes so be it. They probably also have one person in charge with a legit SSN on file and he is paid by the seed company. He is responsible for checking everybody's SSN and paying them a "fair" wage not the seed company. Considering many of them ironically have the same SSN they seem to tolerate more "things" than kids would.
What I dont understand is how they can have like six layers and keep shucking clothes all day long. You can find clothes all over those fields | |
