We buy 90% of our groceries at the local mom and pop, 30 miles closer than the closest Aldis or Walmart. About the only thing we get at Walmart is paper products. The prices aren't much higher at the local store, and in some cases are lower. And my money stays home.
The first to complain when the local store closes someday will be the ones who rarely shopped there.
