| I can't remember if this is the group, but one of them "bought" your land for $4000 (in a $8 - $10K environment) and gave you the rest in stock. They seemed like the "smartest guys in the room" type of people. I was thinking the result was folks just received $4K and worthless stock.
One of the quotes I remember suggested that rents would be "renegotiated" higher as if the market was all wrong.
