| Any of you folks know anything about this group? They are a "real estate investment trust" with 13 employees, based in Colorado. They own 165,000 acres and rent it out. Their stock is selling for about 30% less than what they paid for their land.
On the surface it seems like a possible good investment. I can't find what their interest rates are on the money the borrowed to buy that sure would be nice to know. A lot of their land is in Illinois. It looks like their incoming rent did not make the payments last year not 100% on that no expert.
