Quincy, IL | Finally able to get corn planted in west central IL. Its has been wet all spring, catching rains weekly. For the most part the corn that has been planted has not came up due to hard rains or too wet. Last friday we got a 3 and a half inch ran. Yesterday was the first day the ground worked good. Today anyone that has a planter has is running, everyone has had plenty of time to work on them. There is a chance for scattered showers today and another chance tomarrow evening. | |
