Look up what a fair rental rate is in your area for a tractor and seeder. Come up with what you guys think you are worth per hour of work. Keeps track of acres and hours and split it up accordingly. Not hard and both parties should agree. Then you do all maintenance on tractor and then split up maintenance on drill.
