| Call around and shop the price of an MRI. I needed one and it was 4k at one hospital and 800 at another 30 miles away. Can you guess where I went.
As one who has had shoulder issues for years, It is not going to get better on its own. Most insurance mandates PT for a time before they will pay for a surgery and everyone I know who went to PT said it did nothing for it.
