Frederick, Md | I still say that if you don't allow to have any type of ownership in anything it'll be a hard position to fill for any length of time. Sure the money is great, but as someone else said, they'll always be someone else's b___. Thats ok for a year or two, but it gets old and no amount of money can make up for that. And honestly most guys who are going to be working like that for you have a desire to work like that for themselves so they will always be looking for the opportunity to leave.
