Elizabethtown,KY | Dave, my dad bought a new 4020 Diesel power shift when I was a junior in high school, we ran it for years then it got traded in on something else.
He later had a '65 3020 Diesel and '68 4020 Diesel both with synchro range transmissions, the 3020 got traded for a '71 3020 Diesel with console which I still have.
You need to drive a 3020 or 4020 before you die and you will see why people like them so much, there has never been a more nimble or better handling tractor, the power steering was the best available when they were new and is still the among the easiest steering tractors ever built. | |
