I must be in a bad area. I've never put up a bin (Brock) ready to go for a $1 a bushel. My last one was a 100k bin. Had 30k in the foundation, fill, etc. electrical was outrageous. 12" downspout hung was 7k. (can't remember if that included the auger back to the leg) Temp cables, 2 centrifical fans. I had almost double that when everything was totaled up
