central mo | We use Drupal for all our IT documentation at work. It's a nice easy install-ready option for us there.
Theres hardly any maintenance to speak of. We are all IT guys so I'd say "maintenance" happens every day to a certain degree. We have not opened up our Drupal knowledge base server to the internet but it is an option if we chose to in the future. We use it now so we can hop on from anywhere inside our network to create or edit all of our drupal IT content to the knowledge base.
