| If it's such a capitalist idea, why would it involve government intervention and tax credits to make it happen?
Sounds to me like it's going from one subsidized venture to another - except that at least the first subsidized venture has proven in its history that it could operate without subsidy.
We don't need more windmills that need subsidized, we need more base load power generation that doesn't need subsidized. | |
