| Vilsack reminds me of the typical person who oversimplifies everything they think about, and figures that they know more than anyone else, so the situation just needs their prodding and (mandatory / mandated item) influence.
He thinks farmers are going to pollute everything, and wants to corporatize farms to make it easier to have government control over every single one and run them into the ground like the rest of the businesses in the US, and the "fix" to make it all possible is to just tell people to take windmill lease payments.
I guess all farmers are farming in high wind areas :-/ | |
