| Late reporting today, just got home from the lake to hop on the sprayer for the night. Running across the scale right now I was 224, but I usually weigh early morn so this won't be totally accurate. I likely won't be around the next couple of weeks as we have a wedding next weekend and hopefully the lake again after that. Summer should be an easy time to drop a few lbs, but I find with farm work and weekends my meals are all over the place, the campfire snacks add up and a few cool ones are so tasty, and pure empty calories. I'll keep working on it and thanks Deb for keeping this going, it is such a help to at least touch base once a week with others who are all on the same trip. Most appreciated. | |
