Tell either mount them or your stopping payment. Pretty sure the tire shops I deal with might discourage me but unless it was crazy stupid they would do it.

Last fall bought a set of tires that I picked out( know what works for me) and called around the low cost store mounted them but either never balanced them or didn't do it right. By the time I paid another dealer to balance them again he would have been cheaper. Knowing the second guy if his guys balanced them wrong the first time he would have made it right.

You come accross as a know it all sometimes you get what you pay for.
