I went to a chain store that discounts tires.  Got a good deal on some tires.  
I have a pickup truck that is older, 4wd and extended cab.  When I went to have the tires installed they refused because they said the tires are the wrong size according to their books.

The tires are the same size that my HEAVIER Suburban has on.  They claim my lighter truck HAS to have LT tires.  I don't want LT tires on the truck, all I do is drive it on occasion to get some small part.  The clunky, heavier LT tires just make it ride rough and hurt gas mileage.

It's my truck and as I said it's lighter than my Suburban which has the same tire.

What the heck is wrong with this country?  I've already paid for the tires and I want them put on.
