Get your money back, and stay away from 'chain stores' and 'discount tires'. If you want to be treated like an idiot by 'robots' just following the rules, deal with chain stores. If you want to be treated like a person, deal with your local guy that you know and can talk to,

We are all susceptible to think we are saving a few bucks at the cost of our local businesses, and then complain when we get no service or we get treated like idiots.

That is what's wrong with your country, and mine as well.
