Ontario's middle east | I was just going to post this for ZM below but will put it here. Odds are best pricing opportunity comes preharvest. Can't remember where this chart came from to give credit but I modified it to show the years that had good opportunities early summer. The last few years has reinforced this trend more.
ZM, I have no clue if high is in... Entirely possible. Question is what is an actionable plan if you think that is the case? I'm not up for locking in a loss at this point in the game. Sure the loss could be bigger later but we have tried the $3 corn glove on a couple times and it doesn't seem to fit. Maybe it will be different this time but not sure what makes the farmer scared to use all those shiny bins if we get to loan rate. Good luck.
