near dyersville iowa | im just trying to think logically here..Shouldnt land values take a little bump every once in awhile on the way down? As you get to each level of buyers, they think its a good deal, and they can afford it, so they buy it. But then the money runs out. and the buyers run out..and it goes lower again. Until things are so bad there are virtually no buyers. Just my thought. | |
