| We are in a rapidly changing world, and a lot of things are going on that dont always make a lot of sense to me. Land is something simple that I understand and believe in. It's that simple. Most of farmers want to value it based solely on its ag potential, but in my area, every year something new comes along to make me question it's true value. Pipelines, windmills, solar farms, warehouses,etc. I always thought I lived in the middle of nowhere. Guess that's not the case, | |
