A young Quebec girl stopped on busy freeway to get ducks off the road and motorcyclist crashed in back of her killing at least 1 person ,she is presently in jail for manslaughter
I'm not sure the punishment fits the crime. There's little doubt that she had no criminal intent, even though the resulting loss of life is tragic.
