I'd say with 5 kids anything under 80k is pry very good. Avg for family of 4 here is around 50k. Banker wanted to use 75k till I showed my hard numbers off books that 48-50k would catch it, so he changed it back.
NE farm business said avg living cost for their customers in 2014 was like 98k .
