Marianna Arkansas | I do most loads from one spot, when I have to go further I try to do "hot loads in the nurse trailers so we just adjutant and load.
Two years ago I bought a 130 gallon stainless steel mixing tank with a jug rinse. Last year I bought a electric powered flow max pump. This year I put a scale under my mix tank to measure by weight instead of volume. Right now I'm building a set of 115 gallon cone tanks that will hold pre mixed loads or hold chemical right from the bulk totes, I'll just let it flow into the tank till the correct weight is reached. I'm thinking of buying some pallet shelves and going overhead to set totes above, someone had a pic on here yesterday of that and it looked like it would work for my system.
After all that the next thing that would be great is a building like 5 lock posted, put all my stuff there and really be set. Only thing to add would be drive through washing, we wash every night no matter how cold or late. | |
