Kingston,Mi
Let me look thru my pictures of chemical secondary containments with room for a sprayer. I designed many during my years with NRCS. We limited the size to the largest physical sized sprayer plus numerous totes, 2.5 gallon jugs and rinse tanks. Our designs had separate containment volumes for stored material and for the sprayer itself (this reduces the amount of surface to clean should a tank fail), no drains allowed.

Early versions were sometimes built into tool sheds, we stopped allowing that (cost shared by government agencies) due to the very real concern that if a fire was to occur, the fire departments involved would allow the entire building to burn to consume the chemicals rather than contaminate runoff with chemicals.

Our designs were very discreet, looking like 1 more small tool shed. The emergency response people know what is there and where to find a copy of the on-farm emergency plan (a poly tube like the ones used to store operators manual on equipment, it has a reflective label and is strapped to a known point such as a power pole).

Most operators do very little actual mixing in these sites, preferring to mix and load in the field, just needing a secure site to store chemicals and a sprayer plus a place to clean up and recover contaminated rinsates etc.
