WY, OK

linsal - 2/26/2015 15:40 I listened to Judge Napalitono (Fox News contributor) explain his thoughts on this. Here is my take away on the salient points he provided: - This will be challenged in court. Nothing is going to change for a while You won't see a rate change for a while because of this. - The FCC is using the same justification to create these rules that has been beaten down twice by the courts already. Basically, the courts ruled that the FCC did an over reach on existing law. - The FCC is required to allow Congress to see the proposed rules 30 days prior to the vote. So far, nothing. Vote happened earlier today. Rules are supposedly 232 pages long. - Congress last enacted legislation regarding the internet in 1996. Much has changed since then. Congress needs to do something.

I am a big Napolitano fan but as we have seen recently the Republicans are either unwilling or inept in any attempt to stop anything this administration does either legally or illegally and I wouldn't expect anything less.
