We bought a retirement house next to a university. My son works at the university and my daughter lives in the same town. We think it is great. Beside our family, we hang around with other 60 somethings that decided hanging around places like Rockwell City, Spencer, Farnhmville, Holstein, Ft Dodge wasn't much fun.
I have 15 years before the boy goes to higher education... ? on $$$$$
