Yup. (I deleted my above post because i see you covered my point in your other post).
Gold has almost always been connected with, or exited as, the prevailing medium of exchange across the ages and hundreds of reserve currencies. I see that continuing. And the actions of governments and central banks are signalling the same IMO.
Germany also continues to take back gold.
