Those minerals rights being sold no telling how long ago separate from the surface land looks bad today. Guess some the minerals rights to get some must needed money to keep farming. Or when the farm was sold. Wonder if a lot of that still done today ? What are they bringing compare to the surface land ? Buying land today something to think about. Here in Middle Tennessee around Carthage they mining for zinc underground.
