More than 50% of the 90/10 guaranteed loans and beginning direct loans have failed in my area. Just too much money and responsibility too quick. The other 50% were just mechanisms to subsidized their Dad's large operations with cheap credit. It's a bad program that interferes with the efficient flow of resources, just like everything else USDA does.
