The big indicator was Tara and Sat moving away from the bear...all the hand wringing for fear that the bottom might be .20 lower so dump it now. I wouldn't be surprised if the market shills aren't on the long side after taking it down $2.
Or maybe China is playing the commodity game from both ends...they pretty much get it their way.
