Subject: good post.

US land my look overpriced in a US (Fed printing press) $$$.. world.. but then again..

In the REAL World a depreciating dollar buys less.. We are monitizing our debt.. which is converting $$$ holdings gradually.. over a long time... into toilet paper.

Things such as land which produces commodities which can be sold on a world market.. will be valued as such..  Yes we are over heated.. but (maybe) not as much as everyone thinks..  $3,000 an acre here.. probably comes down a little... maybe not as heated as $10,000+ ground in the cornbelt... maybe not..??

If China is successful in building an economy where their average citizen can enjoy a lifestyle like ours... the world is going to look a lot different.. and it already does from when China started down this road..

At some point we need to promote a stable currency.. yipper.. just as soon as our politicians can solve our debt problem... lol.
