Amherst WI | I'm going to sell some that way this year too, but haven't talked price yet. What were you thinking of paying if you don't mind me asking just so I have an idea on what to ask? Corn here is ~$4.30 till the end of the week then down to ~$4.05. Problem is I could be going now on it but they weren't ready since they are still chopping corn silage. I just want to be fair to both sides. I'd rather give a family farm a break instead of pay some elevator drying fees and shrink. | |
