The FSA planted and failed is corn for grain I believe. You need to take out about 6 million acres from USDA survey or add 6 million to FSA.
Still hard to come up with more than 85-86 million acres harvested for grain unless a whole lot more was planted than entended or even counted by USDA in June 28 report.
