Sounds like you need to try to tune your pwm valve settings in your insight. Might call the dealer and halve them help you with that, or maybe even agleader. Also, I am not sure that a radar will help you much on an insight monitor. It pretty much senses the speed through gps only. Radar and gps are a must on a precision planting 20/20.
